Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms set forth below.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized items, gift cards, and items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
Important: We strongly recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery. Any defects or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at info@axorclassic.com or call 0305 9429419 with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship the return package to our office address (provided below) using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Refunds
Upon approval of your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note:
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Partial Refunds: Items returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition may be subject to a partial refund or denied entirely.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest possible delivery. We do not offer direct exchanges; instead, we issue a refund for the returned item, and you can purchase the replacement separately.
For defective or damaged items, we will replace the product at no additional cost, including shipping fees for the replacement.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will:
- Arrange for a free return shipping label.
- Provide a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.
- Cover any applicable return shipping fees.
Please include clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item when contacting us to expedite the process.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days of approval, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.

8. International Returns
For customers outside Pakistan, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
Customs duties and taxes paid on international orders are non-refundable.
9. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies.
10. Return Address
Please send all returns to the following address. Do not return items without first obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) number.
