AXOR Classic offers premium timepieces, eyewear, and accessories crafted with attention to detail. All product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current.

Prices displayed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and exclude applicable taxes, shipping fees, and customs duties unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices, discontinue products, or modify promotions at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel or refuse orders placed at the incorrect price.

• All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a refund or exchange.
• Limited edition pieces are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. No rain checks or backorders for sold-out limited items.
• Color and finish of products may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.

When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; we reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, stock unavailability, or pricing errors. Payment must be completed at checkout via available methods (credit/debit cards, digital wallets, bank transfer, or cash on delivery where applicable).

By providing payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely, but AXOR Classic is not liable for third-party payment processor errors.

We ship to locations within Pakistan and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. AXOR Classic is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your package immediately; any damage or discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

We want you to love your AXOR Classic purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. Customized or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.

• Return Process: Contact our support team at sales@axorclassic.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Exchanges: For size or color exchanges, please follow the return process and place a new order.
• Warranty Claims: Manufacturing defects are covered under our 1-year limited warranty (excluding wear and tear, water damage, or misuse).

Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
