Warranty Terms & Conditions
Your Axor timepiece is warranted by Axor Classic for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The international warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased Axor watch ("defects").
What is covered?
- Movement: All mechanical and automatic movement components, including mainspring, escapement, balance wheel, and gear train.
- Hands & Dial: Manufacturing defects in the dial, hands, and indices under normal use.
- Crystal: Sapphire crystal defects arising from manufacturing (scratches from wear not included).
- Crown & Stem: Functional defects in winding and setting mechanism.
What is NOT covered?
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches on case, bracelet, or crystal.
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.
- Water damage if the crown is not properly sealed or if water resistance limits are exceeded.
- Loss, theft, or damage to straps/bracelets due to everyday use.
- Battery life for quartz models (if applicable).
How to claim warranty?
To obtain warranty service, please present your original Certificate of Authenticity and proof of purchase (dated sales receipt) to our authorized service center. The warranty is valid only with the original stamped warranty booklet from an authorized Axor dealer.
